As one of Toronto's oldest and most successful family-run bakeries, we proudly provide product quality and freshness to all of our customers, large or small. With over 250 employees, our 65,000 sq. ft. bakery operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our order desk is open every day, closed on Sunday, for your convenience. Our current customer base in Ontario covers all areas of the food industry. These include small specialty bakeshops and delis, independent retailers, local chain stores and the larger regional chain store groups. A huge emphasis is placed on the food service sector including restaurants, caterers and regional and national food service chains serviced through distributors.
