marketplace for well made, delicious, high end, reasonably priced cakes.
An inspired group of people, combining their ideas and years of expertise
created an entirely new line seperate but still a part of the 50 year old
tradition of Open Window Bakery. Meeting regularly to keep their ideas
fresh and responding to feedback from customers for new cake creations,
these bakers and businessman make the ordinary extraordinary.

freshness to all of our customers, large or small. With over 250 employees, our
65,000 sq. ft. bakery operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our order desk is
open every day, closed on Sunday, for your convenience.

in Ontario covers all areas of the food industry. These include small specialty
bakeshops and delis, independent retailers, local chain stores and the larger
regional chain store groups. A huge emphasis is placed on the food service
sector including restaurants, caterers and regional and national food service
