Round Cake Desserts. Les Chef's Duet is a modern concept taken from the traditional, high quality, European world of baking. Our experienced Chefs revised a collection of wonderful creations using the best of ingredients. Real Cream, Real Cheese, Chocolate Mousse, Fruits and liqueur give our cakes that extra special taste. Summer Dream Apple Cake – We start with a base of sweet dough, add Rum and compliment with white cake and layers of caramel, Bavarian cream and apple.  We top it all off with an apricot glaze and dots of blueberries.  Perfect accompaniment to light summer meals!

     
 

White Volcano Chocolate Cake – We imagined the peaks of rocky mountains when we created this cake!  Fluffy layers of cake with a generous dollop of Rum are separated by layers of delicious chocolate cake. The summit reveals a generous scattering of white chocolate shards and we have hidden a lava of strawberry surprise inside.  Climb our white volcano cake today!

     
 

Perfecto Cheese Cakes  – We use our delicious sweet firm cake as a base and load up on the delicious cheese goodness.  We ice the top with a your choice of cherry or blueberry jam. So rich, so decadent!

     
 

Carrot Cheese Cake  – The taste you have been craving!  Two moist fluffy layers of traditional carrot cake with plump juicy raisins and walnuts throughout.  The cake is filled and iced with our delicious cream cheese icing and embellished with tiny marzipan carrots.  A family favourite.

 

     
 

Chocolate Fudge Fantastico – Extra moist delicious chocolate cake is layered upon layer with velvety chocolate fudge icing.  On the outside trim we sprinkle sweet little chocolate flakes and embellish the top fudge icing with swirling fudge rosettes.  A chocolate masterpiece.

 

     
 

Brownie Cheesecake   – Careful you don't get light-headed when you tackle these peaks!  The base of this cake is our delicious brownie then we add our rich, creamy cheesecake and top that with velvety chocolate ganache. We adorn the top with large peaks of delicious brownie and create a pool of creamy caramel to dive into.  To top it all off we drizzle more chocolate ganache and caramel to create a taste that is the summit of perfection.

     
 

Raspberry Dream Mousse & Brandy – Delicate white cake gently dipped in Brandy, resting under layers of 35% cream delectable white chocolate mousse.  Topped by plump, juicy raspberries in glaze. Out of this world!

     
 

Tiramisu Mascarpone Cake – Light cake and lady fingers kissed by coffee liqueur is blanketed by delectable creamy Tiramisu with the real mascarpone cheese. The cake is adorned with cocoa powder.  One bite and you will be whisked away to Tuscany!

     
 

Chocolate Mountain Mousse & Brandy – Delicious moist chocolate cake lightly dipped in Brandy layered under double chocolate, and real cream mousse. The cake is topped with a layer of gorgeous chocolate ganache. Chocolate lovers rejoice.

     
 

Field Berry Heaven Mousse & Brandy – This utterly distinctive cake will send you to Berry Heaven.  Imagine layers of delicious White chocolate
mousse splashed with berries nestled between layers of light white cake dipped in brandy.  Along the lower outer layer is a unique rainbow of Neapolitan cake. Oh My!
 

     
 

Fijoyo Strawberry Cake – A delicious light almond cake infused with Rum provides the base for a strawberry cream sensation!  On top of the almond cake we add a creamy centre and top it off with a strawberry jam top.  A simple but elegant cake.

 

     
 

German Chocolate Supreme – This exceptional cake will astound you!  We start with a decadent brownie base, add a luxurious filling of sliced coconut and crunchy pecan and walnut pieces.  Atop of this is a moist layer of White cake and then we add a layer of rich chocolate mousse with a hint of Brandy.  More you say?  How about topping it off with a layer of gorgeous chocolate ganache and dotted with precious rosettes of butter cream.  Intense!
